HOW TO: be on top of your responsibilities
- Keep a diary, a journal or whatever you prefer, you can even use your phone to write down your goals for the day, week, month or even year (I would suggest to keep them separated); and also a list of all the things you need to do in that period of time;
- If you are a student, I personally prefer to keep a separated list of things I need to study;
- Of course now that you know what you need to do, you have to schedule it. I recommend using a calendar for this, the one on your phone works just perfectly so that you always have it on you;
- Don’t forget self-care: even It’s a stressful period with a lot of work to do, do not let yourself go.
- Last step: relax, try not to stress too much!
